Only a County, In 2014, it shares more than 30% Valve market in China, Such a lot of valve factories, including the group companies which its annual output value more than $20 million. Makes this county has become the largest valve area and fastest developing county in whole China. In 2000, this county has been named as “The Land of Chinese Valve & Pump” by China General machinery industry association.
The first valve
The first valve is made by Yong Jia County Jiangbei Agriculture Machinery Plant in 1968, Now we will never find out this Plant there. the first batch of valve are Globe valve which diameter below DN20, that year output value is 0.45 tons, and the whole year of 1969, total output are 1115 pcs and about 20 tons. Because some of companies ignored the quality, mismanaged their production, leaded a main factory explosion accident, as a result, in this year, valve output value reduced to quarter of the year of 1978.
Rapid development period.
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, economic development become the central task, many private companies set up by technical or sales person. Yongjia Valve got this opportunity and expand their products range to not only globe valve, but gate valve, check valve, safety valve, and so on. To some extent , in that period, Yongjia had become one of most professional place providing valve manufacture, sales and services. In 1985, Yong jia valve output value had reach to 5392 tons. After that year, the valve industry was even more better. Yongjia valve got its flouring period. The fact is, in the 90s of last century, Yongjia shares half market of Chinese valve.
Technology and innovation
In 1991, The Government of Yongjia decide to execute the development strategy of “Quality makes Business, Brand booms business”, it brought up the idea of “Second Road of booming business” that is, improves the quality. The quality has large improvement by renovating and increasing the input of technology. After 1997, Yong jia County has become the fastest and strongest area in technology and innovation in China.
