• Flat Gate Valve

  1. Working Media: water,steam, oil, and gas flue contains Oxidation corrosive media, acid, etc.
  2. In the position valve will be switch frequently, don't choose media easy to be coked.
  3. City gas tranporting pipline use single disc or double discs rising stem flat gate valve.
  4. City water supply engineering, using single or double disc rising flat gate valve without deflector hole .
  5. Media with suspended particles, uses knife gate valve.

• Wedge Gate Valve

  1. Normally or fully opening or closing, not suitable for adjusting.
  2. Normally no strict requirements to dimensions, and working condition is hard, like high temperature and pressure, requiring the valve closing parts sealed in a long time.
  3. The applicalbe conditions requires reliable seal performance, high pressure, low noise, high temperature, wedge gate valve is recommended, in the petreleum or city construction water supply or waste water diposal engineering. it is also used widely.
  4. It isapplied in the working condition of low hydraulic resistance, good flow capacity and strict seal status.
  5. It is used in the high temperature and pressure like steam and oils.
  6. It is also used in the low temperature situation, like Liquid ammonia, liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen.
  7. Low Pressure but large diameter. like water supply engineering.
  8. When height is restricted. Non-rising gate valve could be used.
  9. In the working condition where doesn't require switch frequently, it is better to choose wedge gate valve.
  10. Single plate gate valve suitable for high temperature media, double plates gate valve suitable for the media has abrasion or to be switched frequently.
